| Duane Baughman | President and Creative Director |
 |
Duane founded The Baughman Company in 1995 and quickly rocketed to the top of his industry. In 2006, Baughman was one of only 6 national Democratic mail strategists hired by the DCCC to develop and execute the mail campaign ultimately responsible for winning back the Democratic majority in the House of Representatives. In 2008, Baughman managed the development of over 30 million micro-targeted pieces of mail and a multi-million dollar budget resulting in 20 statewide primary victories for Hillary Clinton's campaign. In 2010, Baughman oversaw mail programs that re-elected 11 of 12 incumbents. That same year saw the Sundance premiere and nationwide release of Baughman's critically acclaimed feature length documentary film “BHUTTO,” which captured the life and assassination of Pakistan's Benazir Bhutto, the world's first woman elected to lead a Muslim nation.
