With Duane’s leadership, The Baughman Company has become synonymous with giving back through charities such as the Jackie Robinson Foundation, B’Nai Brith, the Anti-Defamation League, Publicolor in New York City, USC’s Annenberg School of Communications, International Crisis Center and dozens of other causes.

On the personal side, Baughman is proud to honor his mother, a former president of the San Diego chapter of the United Nations Association (UNA) by creating and funding the Annette I Baughman Scholarship that sends students from Duane’s childhood home of San Diego to college.  The UNA has recognized Duane for his contribution with a “Friend of the UNA” award.

Duane founded the Baughman Company in 1995 and quickly rocketed to the top of his industry.  Also, in 2006, Baughman was one of only 6 national Democratic mail strategists hired by the DCCC to develop and execute the mail campaign ultimately responsible for winning back the Democratic majority in the House of Representatives.

Baughman played a pivotal role in the election of Atlanta’s first African-American woman mayor, Shirley Franklin, and in helping elect Kathleen Sebelius, the first Democratic woman governor of Kansas.  In 2004 Baughman created mail for Howard Dean's race for the White House.  Baughman’s innovative persuasion outreach program was recognized by the Association of Political Consultants with a near sweep of the Presidential mail category – collecting Gold and Silver Pollie Awards.

In 2001, Baughman created the award-winning 40 piece mail plan that helped bring Mike Bloomberg from 40 points behind and swept him into the New York City Mayor’s office. Bloomberg again tapped The Baughman Company to win a landslide reelection in 2005.

Baughman was a producer of the acclaimed off-Broadway play, “RFK” which enjoyed an extended run at the Bleeker Street Theater/Culture Project playhouse.

Allen Fong – Vice President of Operations and Production

Allen has been an integral part of the growth of The Baughman Company since its inception in 1997.   Allen has overseen the printing, production and delivery of millions of pieces of mail for some of the biggest and most important campaigns, including Mayor Mike Bloomberg.  Allen is based in the San Francisco office of The Baughman Company.

With over 10 years of experience in the print and mail field and a reputation for an unwavering attention to detail, Allen is the backbone of The Baughman Company’s guarantee that your mail pieces will be printed at the highest level of quality, delivered on time, and always at the lowest possible postage rate.

Kevin Geary – Political Director

           Since 2001 Kevin’s been a critical member of The Baughman Company team.  Kevin has worked with a long list of clients ranging from Howard Dean for President, the DCCC, Governor Kathleen Sebelius, Governor Mike Beebe and many others.  He now heads the East Coast Philadelphia office of The Baughman Company.

Before joining our team, Kevin worked on Capitol Hill as Communications Director to Congresswoman Anna Eshoo and with various Congressional and Statewide campaigns.  His past work includes stints at the Democratic National Committee and as Field Director of the New Democrat Network.  In his free time Kevin roots for his beloved Boston Red Sox and still has hopes of taking on Tiger Woods on the PGA Tour.

Andy San Diego – Art Director                                             

Andy has been leading The Baughman Company Art Department since 2000 producing cutting edge mail responsible for nearly a dozen "Pollie awards" and has set a whole new standard for political direct mail. 

With a BFA in Visual Communications from The Maryland Institute College of Art, Andy brings more than 15 years of experience in corporate direct mail design to the Baughman Company.  Prior to joining the Baughman Company, Andy worked for 10 years as the Art Director at a New York City based corporate marketing firm, creating branding images for clients like Macy's, GlaxoSmithKline, Walgreens, and Domino's Pizza.
